Hi. I'm Mike and I'm so glad you made your way here. The idea for this blog came to me about 15 years ago while I was a writer on a Christian/Athiest discussion board. It was then that I realized how preposterous the things I believe sound to those who don't believe them and, if I'm wrong, I may be a raving madman. I mean, gods becoming humans (for real, not like in mythology!)? And virgins having babies? And people coming back to life three days after they died? Seriously?!? It is preposterous ... unless it's true.

This blog is written first for the audience that thinks I am mad for believing the things I do, and second, for the audience that thinks I am mad for thinking about things more than they think is safe. You know who you are.

I am a Christian. I believe in a God most people can't quite see and I believe the 2,000 year old teaching that Jesus was Him. Some say to still believe that after all we've learned since, given all we now know, you need to be as mad as a hatter. Which, luckily, I am.
